Robert Smith
Brand Strategist
As The Idea Center's Brand Strategist, Roberts develops a cohesive marketing strategy that encompasses print, broadcast and Web marketing based on a thorough understanding of your business, your corporate culture and your competition.
Robert's entrepreneurial spirit took root when he started a lawn mowing business at 12. By 16, he became a disc jockey at a local radio station near Hayward, a northern Wisconsin community where Robert was born and raised on the family's dairy farm. Following college, he worked in radio and TV production, media sales, and founded a successful mobile DJ service. He also worked for nine years as a brand strategist for Gateway Foods, a large food wholesaler.

Pat Mundsack
Web Marketing & Account Director
Pat is a creative thinker and master organizer who ensures your account is in good hands. Under her direction, The Idea Center's team of process managers, designers, writers, and Web and media specialists work together to bring your marketing strategy to life. Pat oversees our day-to-day operations, and her passion for creating, managing and refining processes is evident.
When it comes to getting the job done right, Pat is "all business" as a result of working in the legal and corporate world. After years as a paralegal, she became the legal administrator of Moen Sheehan Meyer, Ltd., a large law firm where she was responsible for accounting, human resources, information technology and marketing.

Kent Safranski
Interactive & Web Development Director
Kent's focus on innovation motivates him to provide unique solutions that maximize usability and efficiency. Working with The Idea Center team, his approach is to apply new techniques to old problems and find solutions that utilize the best of technology to fulfill the needs of the client and their customers.
Originally from St. Louis, Kent has experience working with a wide range of clients from small business and non-profit to large corporations such as Peabody Energy, Elsevier-Reed, MEMC Semiconductors, Anheuser-Busch and others. His background in art and graphic/web design coupled with his experience working in IT systems administration gives him the unique capability of being able to tie together strong aesthetics and imagery with unique approaches to the technical aspect of projects.

Jeff Kerkman
Video & Audio Developer
Jeff's 30+ years of experience set him apart in the video & audio production community. He began his career in high school as General Manager of his High School's radio station. After receiveing a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications at UW - La Crosse he moved up in the field from production to creative director working at several marketing firms and TV stations including Mary Abel & Associates, WLAX and WKBT.
He now specializes in capture, mastery and production of a wide range of video and audio projects for clients like Brenengen Automotive, Festival Foods, Mayo Health System - Franciscan Healthcare Foundation, La Crosse Area Harley-Davidson and many others.
Jeff has established himself on his keen eye for detail and refined process that delivers amazing results noticeable by anyone that experiences his finished product.

Megan Mcluskey
Photographer & Graphic Designer
Megan has over 26 years in publishing and advertising design experience. She worked in New York for 7 years as the Art Director for Dance magazine. She has also wokred on marketing and design projects for performance companies such as the Joffrey Ballet and New York City Ballet.
As an Advertising Art Director, Megan has worked for companies of all sizes including Microsoft, Nautilus Fitness Equipment, General Mills as well as local companies such as Kwik Trip, Peerless Chain, Fastenal and City Brewery.
As Photo Art Director on publishing and catalog shoots she has worked with many talented photographers, learning the technical aspects of photography. She has now been shooting for over 10 years applying her visual aesthetic to the technical knowledge and can now capture images that reinforce and compliment her design work seamlessly.

Account & Office Manager
Often the first line of contact with clients, Kate's attention to detail, motivation to help, and knowledge of the business make her an invaluable asset to our team.
Whether it's preparing a proposal, billing or simple password reset, Kate manages the day-to-day functions of the office and keeps everyone in check.
While pursuing a degree in Medical Assisting she keeps the office running smoothly and provides amazing customer service to all of our clients.
